Hosted by Katie Roseborough, a T1D mom, the show features heartfelt and insightful conversations with other T1D parents as well as members and professionals connected to the type 1 community. Katie Roseborough

Host / Mom / Author / Content Creator / Physical Therapist

Katie Roseborough is the host of the Sugar Mama's Podcast, a show designed for moms and caregivers of type 1 diabetics. She lives in Northeast Florida with her wonderful husband, three awesome kids, and one, over-sized emotional support dog.

Katie holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. In addition to producing the podcast, Katie works from home as a contract Physical Therapist for a telehealth platform that helps those suffering from musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Katie is also a children's book author and just published her first title, There's a Mermaid in My Pool, in the summer of 2021.

Her hobbies, likes and interests include enjoying the great outdoors, coming up with ridiculous ways to make people laugh, exercising, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, creating shirts to sell on Amazon, spending time with friends and family, and anything having to do with Mexican food!
